A feature for making announcements to all or selected members in your organization. Notices create dashboard notifications and send official emails to each member.

Notices work similarly to post creation, but create notifications at the top of the dashboard that persist until viewed. Additionally, emails are sent in an official document design, different from the standard post email format.

Creating a Notice
Deliver Official Announcements to Organization Members
Notices are an official communication method for delivering important news to all or selected members. Dashboard notifications and email delivery ensure reliable delivery.

Email Will Be Sent / Email Will Be Sent
Choose whether to send email notifications to relevant members when publishing the notice. Emails are sent in official document format to enhance formality.
Notice Type / Notice Type
Set the visibility scope of the notice.
Share With / Share With
For private notices, select the members who can view the notice.
Notice Title / Notice Title
Enter the title of the notice. It's best to write it clearly and concisely.
Cover Image / Cover Image
Upload an image to display at the top of the notice. (Optional)
Notice Content / Notice Content
Write the detailed content of the notice. You can format text using the rich text editor.
Supports text formatting, image insertion, link addition, and more
Upload Files / Upload Files
Attach files related to the notice. Supports various formats including documents, images, and PDFs.
The remaining features are identical to Post creation. You can use all post features including rich text editing, file attachment, and cover image settings.
Viewing Notices
Dashboard Notifications and Notice List
Notices appear as notification banners at the top of the dashboard, and all notices can be viewed on the notice list page.
