The post system integrates all business account posts under the top-level user account.

Creating Posts

Consistent Across All Business Accounts

Post creation functionality works identically across the post menu and all business accounts.

Decide whether to send email notifications to related members or external contacts when publishing the post

Public posts are shared with all members of your organization. Private posts are only shared with selected members.

Select members to share a private post with.

Send Email To / pages.post.creating_posts.form_fields.send_email.english

To send the post to external contacts (non-members), select from contacts registered in Data Management > Namecard Information.

Enter the post title.

Upload a cover image to display at the top of the post.

Use the integrated editor to write post details with various text formatting, images, links, and YouTube embeds.

Created posts are displayed as cards. Click a card to navigate to the post detail page.

Post Page
Reply Post

Click the '← Post' button at the top of a post to create a new post that references the current one. The original post will be displayed at the bottom of the reply post.

Write comments at the bottom of the post. Comments are emailed to all members with access to the post.
