Creating a Project

Start a New Project

Create projects to establish collaborative workspaces for your team and centrally manage all related business data.

Add Project Form
Input Fields

Project Date

Required

Enter the date when the project was created or started. Defaults to the creation date.

Project Number

Required

Project number is automatically generated by the system. You can modify it if needed.

Project Title

Required

Enter the title of the project.

Project Description

Enter detailed description of the project.

Project Members

Select members who will participate in this project.

Related Entities

Select related companies from the list of registered companies in Data Management > Entity Information.

Project Information and Management

The project page consists of a header displaying project information and tabs for Posts, Files, and Transaction records.

Bookmark
Add the current project to your favorites for quick access. Bookmark project added as Shortcut in Dashboard
Status
Select the project status from Process, Complete, or Cancel.
Process

Project in progress

Complete

Completed project

Cancel

Cancelled project

Project Tabs

Post
View and create all posts related to the project. Posts are set to private by default, and the designated members for post distribution are set as project participants during project creation.

Files
View all files attached to posts within the project at a glance. In Eastbook, Posts serve as context storage where all files are stored together with posts. The Files tab aggregates and displays only the attached files from each post without showing post content, making it easy to find and manage project-related files.
Transaction
Create transaction records related to the project. Additionally, provides profitability analysis for the project.
