Creating an Entity
Register Your Business Partners and Companies
Entity information is the core data that serves as the foundation for various operations in EastBook.

Creation Options
Set the following two options when creating entity information.
Displayed in company selection lists when creating trade documents and other business documents. Suitable for companies with active transactions.
Not displayed in company selection lists. Suitable for reference information or inactive partner management.
Creates an accounting transaction party to be used when entering accounting transactions.
Does not create an accounting transaction party. Can be created separately later if needed.
Entity Name
RequiredEnter the official name of the company. Use English if it will be used in trade documents.
Establishment Date
Enter the company's establishment date.
Enter the company's representative email address.
Phone Number
Enter the company's representative phone number.
Fax Number
Enter the company's fax number.
Website
Enter the company's website address.
Country
RequiredSelect the country where the company is located. Only countries registered in Basic Data > Country Information can be selected.
Address
Enter the company's address. Use English if it will be used in trade documents.
ZIP Code
Enter the postal code.
Business License No
Enter the business registration number for the relevant country.
CEO Name
Enter the representative's name. Use English if it will be used in trade documents.
Logo Image
Upload the company's logo image file.
Business License
Upload the business registration certificate file.
