Creating a Namecard

Register and manage contact information

Namecard information is essential data for managing contact persons from business partners, customers, suppliers, and more. Connect with entity information to systematically manage your organization's network relationships.

Add Namecard Form

Creation Options

Set the following two options before creating a namecard.

Data Type (Namecard Type)
List Type

Displayed in namecard selection lists. Suitable for contacts you actively work with.

Data Type

Not displayed in namecard selection lists. Suitable for reference information or inactive contact management.

Transaction Party Creation
Create Together

Creates an accounting transaction party that can be used when entering accounting transactions.

Do Not Create

Does not create an accounting transaction party. You can create one separately later if needed.

Input Fields

Name

Required

Enter the contact person's name. This is a required field.

Entity Name

Select the company the contact belongs to. Only entities registered as List type can be selected.

Position

Enter the job title or position within the company.

Email

Enter the contact person's email address.

Phone Number

Enter the contact person's phone number.

Country

Required

Select the country where the contact is located. Only countries registered in Basic Data > Country Information can be selected.

Avatar Image

Upload a profile image for the contact person.

Namecard Image

Upload and store the actual business card image.

Manage all contact-related information

The namecard information page consists of 2 tabs.

Namecard Information Page
Information
View and edit the basic information of the created namecard. Manage company affiliation, contact details, position, and other information.
Post
View all activities related to this contact person in a timeline format. Comprehensively manage meeting records, email exchanges, project participation history, and more.
