Creating a Namecard
Register and manage contact information
Namecard information is essential data for managing contact persons from business partners, customers, suppliers, and more. Connect with entity information to systematically manage your organization's network relationships.

Creation Options
Set the following two options before creating a namecard.
Displayed in namecard selection lists. Suitable for contacts you actively work with.
Not displayed in namecard selection lists. Suitable for reference information or inactive contact management.
Creates an accounting transaction party that can be used when entering accounting transactions.
Does not create an accounting transaction party. You can create one separately later if needed.
Name
RequiredEnter the contact person's name. This is a required field.
Entity Name
Select the company the contact belongs to. Only entities registered as List type can be selected.
Position
Enter the job title or position within the company.
Enter the contact person's email address.
Phone Number
Enter the contact person's phone number.
Country
RequiredSelect the country where the contact is located. Only countries registered in Basic Data > Country Information can be selected.
Avatar Image
Upload a profile image for the contact person.
Namecard Image
Upload and store the actual business card image.
